Room 9 had lots of fun exploring nature as part of the OWLS programme.

Friendship Fortnight assembly 2015

Friendship fortnight is a time in the school year where all the boys, girls and teachers think about ways to be a better friend.

This year we ended Friendship Fortnight with a super assembly in Halla Cullen. Mr. Mooney and Ms. Biesty created a brilliant assembly that was focussed on what we learned in our classrooms. We got to speak about being better friends and heard from videos and poems too.

We got to sing friendship songs as a school and we got to see the winners of the poster competition from each class.

It was great fun and we learned a lot – Keep being a good friend everyone!
