Room 1 visit the Little Museum of Dublin

The boys and girls in Room 1 were so lucky to be able to visit the Little Museum of Dublin on St. Stephen’s Green today.

Our tour guide Mark was so fun and told us so many interesting facts from the past about our capital city, Dublin.

We saw lots of artifacts that have been donated to the museum by Dublin people.

We got to visit the U2 room and learn all about this famous Dublin band

We then got to play in St. Stephens Green playground and we even supported the farmers in their protest at St. Stephen’s Green.

It was a super day!

Christmas has officially starting in Room 1

Ms. Hanrahan was the guest of honour at the ‘Turning on of the Christmas lights ceremony’ in Room 1.

Let the festive season begin!

Peer tutoring and Spellings For Me

Room 1 and Room 10 got together to learn from each other when doing their Spellings For Me learning words.

It was great to help each other!
