All of the boys and girls in St. Louis got active on the day of the Christmas holidays by taking part in a Santa dash.

It was great fun!
Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership invited St. Louis SPS to go #GAGA on December 5th
What is it?
As you may be aware, participation rates for girls in sport are much lower than boys. The aim is to promote and engage more girls in physical activity. We tried to kick start this by delivering a campaign called GAGA- Get All Girls Active!
All of the girls took to the yard to take part in different activities with Mr. Whelan.
It was so great so lets continue to go GAGA girls!!!
Welcome back everybody. We hope you had a lovely summer.
There was lots of summer work going on in school. There are new girls and accessible toilets thanks to a Government grant.
Check out the new big yard too! Following from BOM and parents association funding we were able to upgrade the yard to a bright synthetic grass covering. It looks great!
The 6th class of 2018 graduated from St. Louis.
It was a lovely ceremony to send them off into secondary school.
Well done to all the pupils and best of luck in the future.
3rd class had a brilliant school tour to Funtasia this year.

The 2nd class pupils had great fun in Woolywards Farm!!
On Tuesday all of the pupils were taking part in sports day. We went to Kenilworth Park and took part in lots of different races. We did sprints, relays, potato and spoon races and hopping races. Well done to all the teachers that were involved.
We also took part in Mr. Coghlan’s obstacle course. It was great fun!
When we got back to school some pupils played padel tennis, others practices their school dance and others played badminton.
We were very active on Tuesday!
Lots of pupils in the school were training after school for weeks in preparation for the sports competition held in Santry Sports Stadium every year.
Well done to all of those who trained and also competed on the two different days.
5th classes went to The Crystal Maze this year for their school tour.
They split into groups and had to complete physical, mental and skill challenges to win crystals.
At the end of the day if they had reached enough crystals the school wins a trophy – St. Louis now owns a Crystal Maze trophy! Well done everyone.
It was a great day.
