Paired reading between Room 17 and Room 12

In Room 17 we read with expression, an awareness of punctuation and we do our best to get into role as characters in a story when reading dialogue.

We modeled our reading skills to Room 12 and listened to them read aloud. We were able to help them with things such as pausing at a comma or a full stop or sounding excited when reading before an exclamation mark!

Everyone really enjoyed this activity and we all learned from it 😊
