The teachers even stood up to perform a special song for the pupils!!!
The boys, girls and families were very generous with their donations to the St. Vincent De Paul hampers this year.
It is so important to remember donate and help out other families all over Dublin.
Well done everybody!
The boys and girls in the St. Louis Orchestra performed in Halla Cullen this year.
It was a super night and they performed so wonderfully.
Well done everyone.
All of the pupils were busy filling up their bottles with coins for the Chsristmas Tree of Coins.
Everyone went to the hall and met Santa with their fantastic crowns on!
The parents association then counted all of the coins that were collected. Well done everyone!
All of the pupils and teachers in the school came together in Halla Cullen to learn about the true meaning of Christmas. We sang carols and listened to a drama by Room 10. We said prayers for our families and friends. We also prayed for people who are less fortunate then us at Christmas.
The Choir sang some lovely songs too.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Some of the boys and girls in school went to Ms. Neill’s room and were able to decorate their own Christmas cookies.
They turned out really great and they were yummy too!
The second classes all came together to hear another wonderful story told by Mr. Bermingham.
The story was called ‘Bothar na Mias – The Road of the Flying Dishes’.
We had lots of fun listening to this wonderful Irish story.
Room 3 really enjoyed their cycling safety course with Don.
They were very proud to receive their certificates.
The pupils in Room 9 were creating very beautiful pieces of winter art.
They used paint to create a background wash. Then they added branches of a tree and placed hand drawn robins on the branches.
They look great.
