Active Week 2017 Day #1

Today we were improving our fitness levels and improving our tennis skills.

The seniors were working hard with Ms. Doherty to take part in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session. They did lots of activities for quick bursts of time.

The juniors were working with tennis coaches Niamh and Leo and they were learning about grip, swing and hitting the tennis ball back over the net.

It was a great day.
