The boys and girls were very busy preparing for the Art competition in Room 12.
Room 14 had great fun preparing for and taking part in the Science Blast in the RDS. Our project was The Best Recipe for Homemade Slime. We had a great day in the RDS and saw lots of interesting shows we even took part in a drumming workshop.
This year to celebrate St. Partick’s Day we all wore green and got fit at the same time.
We ran together to some Irish music. It was a great way to stay fit!
De Le Salle pupils came into school to help with out GAA skills this week. We learned all about hand passing this week in Room 15.
The pupils were practicing their long jump skills!
The pupils in Room 17 were busy practicing and learning new gymnastic and strength skills.

The St. Louis Junior Hurling Team has been up and running for a number of weeks now and we have been super impressed by their progress. Our first match of the year is on Tuesday April 2nd in Kevin’s GAA grounds at 3pm where we take on St. Catherine’s in a local derby!
Room 15 were doing orienteering in P.E.
Orienteering is using a map to find clues. They used a map of the yards to find where the clues were and as a group they had to complete their task sheet.
It was great fun!
All of the pupils came together to celebrate Seachtain na Gaeilge with an assembly in Halla Cullen.
We sang songs, heard about SAt. Partick, heard some wonderful traditional Irish music played by pupils and saw some Irish dancing!
