All of the pupils and teachers took part in the Annual Christmas Dash. We all dressed up in our festive clothes and worked on our fitness before our Christmas holidays!
The boys and girls in Room 10 were sharing their talents with the class!
The boys and girls in Room 1 were busy learning new vocabulary in Gaeilge class. They used this new vocabulary for their Christmas stories.
They wrote and edited their stories and then got the opportunity to go to the different classes to read them out for the other pupils.
Well done to all of the wonderful writers!
We had a great time investigating internal organs and the skin. Each group focused on one organ and presented it to the class. Did you know that your intestines are the length of two tennis courts?!
We might not have snow outside (yet!) but it was snowing in room 13! We used glass jars and Christmas ornaments to make snow globes.
As we have been learning about procedural writing, room 13 took a trip to Milano restaurant, Milano to learn the procedure for pizza making! We each got to make our own pizza and they were delicious. The next day we wrote the recipe for the pizza . It was great fun!
The generous boys and girls in St.Louis were collecting food this Christmas to donate to the St. Vincent De Paul food appeal.
Room 1 were collecting the boxes and helping with counting and sorting all of the items.
Well done everyone – we collected over 2100 items for families in need this Christmas!
These St. Louis girls were performing in AIB, Rathgar.
All of the pupils and teachers went to Halla Cullen this week to meet Santa and show off our crowns. We gave in our coins that we had collected.
Thanks to the Parents Association for running such a great event for our school.
