It was great seeing everyone in their jerseys!

A visitor to the Green School Committee

Room 13 and the green school committee were very lucky to have Beekeeper Geraldine Byrne come and talk to us about bees, beekeeping and what we can do to help the bees. We learnt about the stages of bees, the jobs they have and how much work the women bees do!
Leave some facts that you learnt in the comments 🙂

Seó Faisean le seomra a haon

The boys and girls in Room 1 were celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge this year with a fun Seó Faisean.

All of the other pupils in the school came out to the yard and listened to all the new gaeilge words and watched Room 1 strut their stuff!

Well done!
