6th class learning about women who changed the world

6th classes visitors an exhibition in the library on the theme of ‘Irish woman who changed the World’.
It was an excellent trip and we learned a lot about Irish woman and the amazing stories of their lives.
It was an awe inspiring exhibition and we came away with a number of new heroes.

Making new friends in Room 16

Sibilla and Vittoria’s last day. They were great friends and we hope they remember us in Milan. 

Intercultural Sports Day

Last Thursday, the 6th classes took part in an Intercultural Sports Day. We got to play different sports such as dodgeball, penalties, bean bag toss races, and mini games of tennis and soccer. We were also given some treats to eat and had a medal ceremony for the winners! Thank you to An Garda Síochána for organising such a fantastic day!

6th class graduation

The 6th class of 2018 graduated from St. Louis.

It was a lovely ceremony to send them off into secondary school.

Well done to all the pupils and best of luck in the future.

Room 16 – Engineering

The pupils in Room 16 were busy building structures and bridges using different materials.

 

Boxing in 6th class

The 6th class pupils have been learning all about boxing and there was a showcase of some of the skills in the National Boxing arena. The other 6th class pupils went to spectate and some pupils were boxing in it.
